10k Black Interns

Montfort works with the 10,000 Black Interns programme, a non-profit initiative partnering with UK companies to provide 10,000 paid internships to eligible Black students or graduates over the next 5 years. As part of our pro bono work, we help raise awareness of the initiative through broadcast, radio, print and online media to drive sign up by corporates, and encourage young Black students and graduates to apply. We have just launched the 10,000 Able Intern Initiative designed to take the same programme out to disabled interns.

30% Club

Montfort supports the 30 Percent Club in its campaign to increase gender diversity in senior management positions, providing regular strategic advice for this influential pressure group, assisting in profile development and supporting growth.  Montfort also contributes the time of Gay Collins, a founding partner at Montfort, as a founding member of the 30% club steering committee.

Urban Land Institute (ULI)

Montfort provides comprehensive advisory and communications support to the Urban Land Institute, the oldest and largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate experts in the world. Retained services cover public relations strategy, reporting, events management and messaging, to assist the long-term growth of its European chapters and its charitable endeavours, including UrbanPlan and the ULI’s mentoring programme.

Contemporary Art Society (CAS)

CAS is commissioned to provide art in public spaces, which can take the form of installations, sculptures, music, free-form painting and mixed media, and immersive, collaborative exhibitions. Montfort has previously provided project specific communications support, most recently for their art installations at 22 Bishopsgate, Smithfield and Elephant Park.
