London, 22 July 2022: Montfort Communications, the fast-growing corporate reputation firm, has been appointed by Pantheon International Plc (PIP), the FTSE 250-listed private equity investment trust, as their strategic communications adviser.
The team, led by Founding Partner, Gay Collins, will work closely with PIP’s investor relations and investment management team, as well as PIP’s independent Board to support the company’s growth initiatives by providing strategic counsel around messaging, brand development, media targeting and investor relations.
One of the oldest listed private equity investment trusts, founded in 1987, PIP invests in a carefully selected, diversified portfolio of high-quality private companies predominantly in the technology and healthcare sectors, managed by third party managers across the world. The structure enables retail, wholesale and institutional investors to access private equity investment opportunities through the trust.
PIP is managed and advised by Pantheon, a leading global private equity, infrastructure and real assets, private debt and real estate investor, and the Lead Fund Manager is Helen Steers, a longstanding Partner of Pantheon.
