Other key requirements include:
- A strong network of relationships with key influencers
- Proven leadership ability in client service, account management and talent development
- Excellent media relationships, and knowledge of diverse media channels, including digital and social platforms
- A proven ability to develop and deliver creative solutions for prospective and existing clients
- Exceptional written and oral presentation skills
Successful candidates will have prior experience of operating at a senior level within an agency, or in an in-house role in a significant organisation, and will benefit from Montfort’s highly competitive remuneration model.
